1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup COLD club soda
1 tsp baking powder

Thinner batter use 1 1/4 cup club soda
Egg batter add 2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the cold Club soda mixing well. Dip food into batter allowing excess to drip off. Lower into hot oil (recipe will dictate how hot oil should be) as well as how long to cook.

Again, play with this as well. Use beer, gingerale etc... As long as it is carbonated it will work for a tempora batter. Dark beer, light beer, have fun.
