Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 - 2 cans chicken soup (I like 2 cans)
1 c white wine ( dry or sherry works well) or apple juice or even water
1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder
Stove Top Dressing (chicken flavor)
1/2 c butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in an oiled 9 x 12" baking pan.

Cover each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese

Mix the soup, liquid and curry together and pour over the chicken breasts.

Cover the top with dry Stove Top Dressing.

Drizzle the melted butter over all.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbling in the center and chicken is well cooked.

I serve it with rice and Anne's Cranberry Sauce (in the original cookbook) or sliced fresh pineapple.

Personal Notes:
This is a great dish for a working person or for company dinner. You can make it ahead of time and refrigerate it several hours or overnight - just bring to room temperature before baking or increase the cooking time.
