Ingredients:  
several raw sweet potaoes

sugar, butter & cinnamon to taste

large marshmellows

corn flakes, crushed

flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake raw sweet potatoes until soft & tender, then scoop pulp out of skins

Place in a large bowl & mash

Season to taste, with sugar, butter, salt & cinnamon if desired.

When cool enough to touch, pack around a marshmellow until completely covered.

Roll balls in crushed corn flakes
Top with sprinkles of coconut

Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes
