In a large bowl:

3 (6 1/2 oz.) jars oil-marinated artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
1 c grated Gruyere cheese
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c grated aged white cheddar cheese
1 c full-fat sour cream
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary - optional
1/4 t freshly ground pepper



Directions:

Stir all together until well combined.
Transfer to a 7-8" ovenproof skillet or 8" baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 22 - 25 minutes or until bubbly and light golden brown on top.
Cool 10 minutes.

Serve with toasted baguette slices, crudités, crackers or chips.

This is my patio party favorite (2019 version). It is similar to Coni's (1990s version), that is in the original family cookbook. Her's is easier to make. So why do I do this one now? Because I have served the other one for so long, that it is time for a slight change.
