1 - 32 oz Yams
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
2 1/2 TB melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a electric mixer, add all ingredients ( except topping) & mix well
Pour into a shallow casserole dish
In separate bowl, Mix together all topping ingredients & pour on top of yam mixture.
Bake uncovered, for 30-35 minutes
