SYRUP: 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lime juice
2-3 TB tequila

3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 pints of fresh strawberries, halved
1/2 pound green seedless grapes (can be halved)
2 pink grapefruits, sectioned
2 navel oranges, sectioned
4 kiwis, peeled & cut into chunks
2 ripe mangoes, peeled & cut into chunks
1 tsp ground (zest of?) lime peel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make syrup by bringing sugar & water to a boil. reduce heat & let simmer for about 2 minutes until sugar is totallu dissolved. Remove from heat & add tequila & lime juice. Cover & put into refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.
2. Gently stir together all fruit in a big decorative bowl. can be covered & refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
3. Just before serving, pour syrup over fruit & stir gently
