2 - 15.5 oz cans Red Kidney beans, drained
2 TB olive oil
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1/2 pound ground beef
1 TB minced garlic
1 TB Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning
7 cups water
3 pkts Goya Beef Bouillon
1 - 28 oz can whole tomatoes, reserve juice
1 - 16 oz bag of mixed frozen veggies
1 cuo elbow noodles
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, saute onion, celery & carrots in oil until golden.
Add meat, breaking into small bites, seasoning & garlic & saute for 3 minutes until browned
2. Add reserved tomato juice, water & boullion & bring to a boil.
3. Add tomatoes, veggies, & elbow noodles. Return to boil & simmer 7 minutes.
4. Add beans, stir & continue to simmer for 3 minutes more. Serve hot
