4 cups chopped cooked ham
4 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Tater tots (enough to cover top of the dish)

Directions:

Grease a 9 x 9" baking dish. Spread the ham in the bottom of the dish.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, and spices. Pour over the ham. Sprinkle on the cheese and green onions. Layer the tater tots on top.

Bake at 400º for 35 minutes or until tater tots are browned.
