1 (5 oz) package Stella D'Oro Anginetti Cookies
1.5 cups prepared whipped topping
3 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cookies in half horizontally, set aside

Blend whipped topping and cream cheese in bowl with electric mixture at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in pineapple.

Spoon 1 T pineapple mixture on bottom half of each cookie; replace tops. Refrigerate until serving time.
