1 large white onion - sliced
2 T butter
1 bag sauerkraut - drained and rinsed
¼ cup of brown sugar* (to taste)
1 package kielbasa
1 apple - sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º

Saute sliced onion in butter. Add sauerkraut to onion and brown. Add brown sugar. Place mixture in casserole dish. Top with kielbasa. Add slices of apple.

Cook in oven covered for 45 minutes, followed by uncovered for 15 minutes.
