Marinade:
½ cup canola oil
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup orange juice
½ t ground ginger
2 t sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 lbs beef tenderloin, cubed
cherry tomatoes
onions, cut into wedges
mushrooms

Directions:

Cover the meat with the marinade and let stand in the refrigerator for several hours. Thread on skewers and cook on the grill. Put each vegetable in its own foil packet with a little oil and seasonings and cook on the grill or in the oven. Serve the meat and vegetables with a large patter of rice pilaf and some warm pita or naan.
