1 (20.5 oz.) package of low-fat Fudge Brownie Mix
⅔ c. water
½ (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, or cream cheese
3 T. sugar
1 egg white
2 T. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brownie mix with water. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups coated with spray (spray paper liners - not cups). Beat cheese and sugar together medium speed. Add beaten egg white at medium speed, until light and fluffy. Stir in melted chocolate. Spoon 2 heaping teaspoons into center of each cupcake. Bake 350º - 30 minutes, until centers are set.
