1 large head of cabbage
Melted butter
Bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Core head of cabbage. Cut cabbage across entire width in ½ - ¾ thickness. Place down in sprayed or buttered pan. Drizzle melted butter over steaks. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. You may have to use toothpicks to hold together.
