Herb Butter:
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
1 T lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 T chopped parsley
¼ t dried thyme
¼ t dried tarragon
¼ t caraway seeds
¼ t salt

Tenderloin- prepared
Blender bearnaise- prepared
Baguettes
Flat leaf parsley

For Butter:
In a small bowl or food processor with a metal blade mix all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. May be refrigerated for several days or frozen. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

Thinly slice good quality baguette about 1" or so thick (however thick you prefer). Top each slice with herb butter, tenderloin and then some béarnaise sauce. You can put a leaf of flat leaf parsley on top for a nice presentation. The best presentation is to prepare the components before but assemble close to serving. Delicious!
