1 cup of oil
3 cups of sugar
1 cup pumpkin
4 eggs
Sift together. 3½ cup flour, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon,
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased loaf pan Bake for 1 hour or until until toothpick comes out clean. For mini muffins bake 20-25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees
