Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps Recipe

1 to 1 1/4 lb. Flank Steak
2 tbsp. oil
1 Asian Pear Peeled and Grated
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Onion Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 in. Ginger Grated
1 to 2 tbsp. Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Worecestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
4 Scallions Chopped
2 Heads Bibb Lettuce
Cucumber Sliced
Toasted Sesame Seads

Heat large skillet over med-high heat

Cut the steaks into 4 portions. Thinly slice each piece against the grain into strips that are about 2 1/2 in. long.

Add thr oil to the skillet. Add the steaks to pan and cook 2-3 min. Turn steaks and season with salt and pepper.

Add the pear and onion. Cook tossing often until the pear softens. 1-2 min. Add ginger. Cook 1 min. Mix in the stock, gochujang, soy sauce, Worcestershire and simmer. 2-3 min. Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with sesame sead oil. Top with scallions and sliced chile.

Wrap meat mixture, scallions, and seads in lettuce.
