2 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz can green Chile’s, drained
2 T chopped jalapeño pepper
2 T cilantro dried or fresh
½ c. Mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
2 cans drained corn
Salt and Tabasco to taste

Combine first 8 ingredients. Add corn. Refrigerate overnight and serve with chips.
