25 Roma Tomatoes Diced
3 Pablano Peppers Diced
2 Green Peppers Diced
3 cans Diced Green Chilies
5 Jalapenos Diced
1 Habanero Diced
4 Serrano/Cyanne Peppers Diced
3 c. Onions Chopped
3 6oz. cans Tomato Paste
4 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into large dutch oven. Simmer for 2 hrs. Bring to rolling boil. Warm quart jars in warm water.
Boil jar lids for 2 min. to soften seal.

Spoon salsa into jars. Remove 1 lid from water and place onto jar. Screw on lid tightly. WARNING jar will be hot.

Place on kitchen counter with towel underneath and towel for the top. Lids will seal.
