2T. unsalted butter, softened
1 pkg.(12) Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 lb.deli roast beef
12 slices provolone cheese
1 1/2 c. French fried onions

*Preheat oven to 350º
*Butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with softened butter
*Without separating the rolls, slice the pkg. of rolls in half (bun-like)
*Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish. Top with 6 slices of provolone cheese, roast beef, French fried onions, remaining slices of cheese, and the other half of the rolls.

8 T. unsalted butter
1 packet Au Jus seasoning mix, separated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. sesame seeds
3/4 tsp. dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
*In a small bowl, melt the butter. Mix in 1 T. of the au jus seasoning mix and the rest of the seasonings. Whisk until well combined.
*Top the rolls evenly with the mixture (don't use all of it (maybe 3/4's))
*bake the sliders uncovered until the cheese is gooey and the tops are golden brown - about 15-20 minutes
