6 links of sausage (3 sweet, 3 hot)
2 peppers
Onion
Diced tomatoes
Mushrooms
Spices-Parsley, Basil, Cilantro, Marjoram, garlic powder, non-salt mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Prep vegetables, slice peppers into strips, dice onions, slice mushrooms
Cut sausage into bit size pieces
Saute in Olive Oil for 10 minutes high heat
Remove sausage and place on brown bags (paper towels) to absorb oil
Place the sausage in oven low heat while vegetables are cooked
Saute in Olive Oil - cut peppers a few minutes,
Add Onions and Mushrooms
Stir - add spices Parsley, Basil, Cilantro, Marjoram, garlic powder, non-salt mixture
Stir- add diced tomatoes
Stir- simmer 15 to 20 minutes
Add sausage- heat 10 minutes
Place on top of pasta and tomato sauce

For crowd, cook in crock pot, Important to remove sausage oil by drying on brown paper bags or paper towels.
