2 anchovies
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon
Shot of Tabasco
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Shots of Worcestershire (I do about 3)
2 Coddled eggs (boiled 1-2 minutes)
Directions:

Mash anchovies and garlic into a paste.
Add:
Juice from 1 lemon, shots Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. Dijon
2 Coddled eggs
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
