1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper
3 pounds peeled russet potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick (about 7 cups total)
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain fat.

In a small bowl, combine seasonings.

Add 1/2 the potatoes in the greased slow cooker. Sprinkle over 1/2 of the onions, 1/2 of the seasonings, 1/2 of the meat, and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.

Drizzle the broth evenly over top.

Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours.
