1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Cook the ground beef over medium high heat. Drain, and return to pan. Sprinkle with chili powder, onion powder, garlic, cumin, salt, brown sugar, and flour. Stir until well combined. Add broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to medium low heat. Let simmer for 15 minutes until most of the liquid is gone. Mixture should still have liquid, but it will be thicker than before.

In a greased 9 x 13" baking dish, layer 1/2 the crushed chips, 1/2 the beef mixture, and 1/2 the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
