8-10 fresh tomatoes (not too ripe), chopped
5-6 Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 large onion (or more), chopped

1 whole bulb of garlic, finely chopped
Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
Lime or lime juice (fresh lime is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, garlic and cilantro in a bowl. If you want HOT keep the seeds in the jalapenos!

Add salt & pepper to taste. Add some lime. Let this sit to combine the flavors.

Before you serve this squeeze a 1/2 lime over sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you don't like to do all the chopping (I don't) you can cut the vegetables into pieces and CHOP in a food processor. DON'T make it into a paste. Use the button to give short bursts to chop.
