12oz penne or tubular pasta
1/2 tsp leaf rosemary, crumbled
8oz thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2c small pepperoncini's (about 17)
1 7oz jar roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
31/2 cups boiling water
1c light cream
1c grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange dry pasta in 10" skillet. Sprinkle with rosemary. Layer on pepperoni, pepperoncini and red peppers. Pour boiling water over contents of skilled. Cover, bring to full boil. Cook briskly over medium heat for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Stir in cream and cheese, reheat, servie immediately.
