1½ c soft breadcrumbs
½ lb. hamburger
½ lb sausage
1 8-oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 T soy sauce
½ t garlic salt
¼ t onion powder
½ c milk
2 9-oz jars sweet-and sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sweet-and -sour sauce. Mix well and shape into 1” balls. Place in lightly greased baking dish and bake 350º oven for 25-30 min. Drain and return to dish. Add sauce, stirring to coat all meatballs. Bake in sauce an additional 15 min. Make make ahead by baking meatballs the day before, reheating with sauce before serving.
