8 - 4 Chicken Legs or 4 Breasts or 4 wings
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blendİ
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
3 Cups Cooking Oil

Coating
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Saltİ
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder


Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with the seasonings. Set aside for one hour. Season flour with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and Italian Seasoning and other seasonings. Mix well. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Flour chicken with coating all over and place onto a rack. Let sit about 15 minutes. Place chicken in heated skillet. Cook on both sides until done. Take from skillet and place on a paper towel lined pan or cooling rack.

You can use whatever pieces of Chicken that you want. I season from experience of cooking. Add different seasonings (without salt in these). Experiment!
