4 - 6 Pork Chops, thawed
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend©
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning
2 Cups of Cooking Oil

Flour Mixture
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend©
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Creole Seasoning
2 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions:
Lay pork chops on wax paper. Season pork chops with seasonings on both sides. Season both sides of pork chop. Get brown paper bag or gallon plastic bag and place flour mixture in & mix well. Place meat into bag and shake off and completely flour. Set aside. Heat the oil to 350 degrees and place pork chops in skillet. (About 3-4). Cook on one side until brown and turn over to cook on the other side. Cook until desired browning. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel or in an appropriate pan or rack. Repeat if needed. Enjoy!
