1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons +1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Assorted fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in the orange juice, water, lemon juice and orange and lemon peel until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with fruit.
