Crust:
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
10 Tbsp. melted butter/oleo

Filling:
2 sticks of butter/oleo
2 eggs
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:
1 can (regular size) crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, sliced
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
marachino cherries, chopped for garnish
walnuts, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Mix together wafers and 10 Tbsp. butter. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with this crust mix. Beat filling ingrediens with electric mixer for 15 nonstop minutes. (consistency will keep changing if you stop). Spread filling over crust. Spread pineapples, then bananas, then cool whip on top. Sprinkle with cherries and walnuts for garnish. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
