1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1/2 red or green pepper, diced finely
1 small onion, diced
1 ounce taco seasoning
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup frozen corn
8 "stand and stuff" taco shells

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the beef, bell pepper, and onion until no longer pink. Drain. Add the taco seasoning, and stir to combine. Add the diced tomatoes and corn. Simmer until the mixture is heated through, 4 to 5 minutes.

Spoon mixture into warmed shells, and top with desired toppings.
