1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (sweetened)
1 pkg lemon jello (small)
2 3 oz pkgs. cream cheese, broken up
1 4 oz jar pimiento
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

Drain pineapple, add enough water to make 2 cups juice. Heat juice to boiling. Add jello and dissolve. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency. Stir in remaining ingredients, ending with the whipped cream, which should be carefully folded in. Chill in 9 x 13 inch pan.
