2 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 sticks cold butter
8 Tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor slowly add the cold butter to the dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse tiny peas. Slowly add ice water, one tablespoon at a time until the dough forms a ball. Wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. Divide in half and roll out each half to form a pie bottom and top.
