2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced, 1/2 inch thick...
12 jumbo shrimp, cooked, deveined, shell removed and chilled...
1rib of celery from the heart, finely chopped, I peel off thecelert strings, too...
3/4 cup sour cream...
1/2 lemon, juiced...
1 T hot sauce, I use Tabasco, red...
1/2 t of Worcestershire sauce...
2 T prepared horseradish...

Optional.....
Sliced small red, yellow and orange peppers and fresh baby spinach...

Arrange cut tomatoes on a platter, overlapping one another and arrange the shrimp down the middle of tomatoes..
Cover with plastic and place in fridge...

Mix celery, sour cream, juiced lemon, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish together and cover, letting the flavors meld together...
I have made the dressing the night before and placed in fridge, just take out of fridge about 1 hour before using...

If using the fresh spinach and sliced sweet peppers, I suggest a nice layer of spinach, topped with overlapping tomatoes, topped with shrimp and sliced peppers surrounding the tomatoes, top with dressing, on individual plates.
This dressing is not hot, nippy, but not hot at all...
