6 lg Fuji Apples, peeled, cored and sliced very thin
3/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbs flour
2 Tbs cornstarch
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Crumb Topping
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6 Tbs flour
1 tbs cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
8 Tbs butter, softened , cut into pieces

Pie
1 Mix together
2 Layer slices into pie crust, Sprinkle remaining flour/sugar mix over top
3 Dot with butter
Crum top
1 Place all in a boal and cut together with a pastry blender/fork.hands until crumbly
2 Cover top of the pie
3 Bake at 350 for an hour, check apples for tender, bake longer as needed
Serves 6-8
