3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cooked smoked sausage
1 lb browned hot spriced ground sausage
1 1/4 cups sliced celery stalk with leaves
3/4 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained
5 cups water
2 tbls chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup uncooked regular long grain rice
Red pepper sauce (if desired)

1 package (10 ounces) frozen okra, thawed and drained
1 Package of tail-less shrimp

Cook on low setting for 6 hours

Add okra and shrimp

Cook additional 25-30 minutes on high
