1.25 lbs. white American Cheese - cute into 1 -inch cubes
1 - 4 oz. can diced Green Chilis
2 Jalapenos seeded and diced
2/3 Cup Half and Half
1/2 Cup Cold Water
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stopping to stir every minute. It may appear runny at first, but will thicken as it cools.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
