Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Vavo made the Chourico and Peppers often especially during the summer months. Grandpa makes it occasionally especially when the peppers are abundant at the end of the summer season. The Broccoli Rabe is one of our favorite vegetables. It can be served as a side dish, in a sandwich or with pasta. Broccoli Rabe is a rich source of fiber, vitamins and minerals including antioxidants. The Sautéed Cabbage is a flavorful low-carb side dish that is easy to make.
