2 pounds boneless pork
1 pound beef chuck
3 pasilla chili peppers
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 onion, chopped
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes. Roast pasilla chilies over open flame on stove or BBQ or roast in oven. Skin should blister. Put in bag to cool.
Add all other ingredients to crock pot.
Remove skin on chilies, cut and remove seeds. Chop and add to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Taste for seasoning and add salt or cumin as needed.
Can be served in a bowl or strained for burrito.
