Meatballs (mix together- makes 20):
2 ½ pounds ground beef
2 cups raw,uncooked rice
2 eggs
Italian seasoning, to taste
Garlic Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Sauce (mix together):
1 (26.5oz) can Hunt's spaghetti sauce with sausage
1 large and 1 small can tomato soup (undiluted)

2 cups shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese
5 peppers cut into quarters(green or colored)

Meatballs

Pepper quarters
Shredded cheese
Sauce

Bake at 350º for 1 hour covered and ½ hour uncovered. The yield is 20 stuffed peppers. This can also be frozen.
