2 cups water
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (6 oz) package of strawberry Jell-O
3 quarts strawberries (washed, hulled and sliced)
Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil, stirring until thick and clear.

Remove from heat and add Jell-O powder. Mix well and set aside.

Fold in berries

Pour into pie shell or tart shells.

Store in refrigerator until set. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
