2 frozen deep dish pie shells
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 cups shredded cheddar
10 oz frz broccoli cooked per instructions, drained well
2 cups diced ham
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the pie shells according to package directions. Divide broccoli and ham and put half of each in bottom of pie shells. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour 1/2 of mixture into each pie shell over broccoli and ham. Bake at 350* until knife inserted in center comes out clean (30 to 40 minutes).

Sub frozen chopped spinach (drained on paper towels instead of broccoli

Sub goat cheese for part of the cheese

Leave out the ham or sub cooked bacon

Sub cream for half and half or use milk for part (but not all) of the half and half
