Ingredients:  
1/4 Cup of butter
2 lb. boneless beef sirloin ( I used stew meat)
1 Cup chopped onion
2 cloves finely minced garlic
1 - 10.5 oz.condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. carton fresh mushrooms
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
1 - 8 oz. container of sour cream
12 - oz. bag of egg noodles (or rice if you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
In 12" skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beef, onion & garlic. Cook 7 to 9 minutes
or until beef is brown.

In crock pot mix beef mixture, soup, mushrooms, salt & pepper

Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours or until beef is tender.

Stir in cream cheese stir until melted - then add sour cream stir until
melted

Serve over noodles
