1 doz. eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. butter
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
12 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and set aside. In a large skillet, over medium·low heat, melt butter and pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat to cool. Stir in sour cream. In a greased 2 quart baking dish, pour egg mixture and top with bacon and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 300°. Uncover eggs and bake 20 to 25 minutes until hot and cheese has melted.
