2 T. butter
1 (17.3 oz.) can Grands buttermilk biscuits
1 (10.8 oz.) can Grands buttermilk biscuits
1 (16 oz.) jar medium thick and chunky salsa
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped' green bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (21/4. oz.) can sliced ripe black olives, drained (optional)

Heat oven to 375°. Melt butter in oven in 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Tilt to evenly coat dish. Separate dough into 13 biscuits; cut each biscuit into eighths. Place biscuit pieces into large bowl; toss with the salsa. Spoon evenly into butter coated dish. Sprinkle with cheese, bell pepper, green onions, and olives. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center is set. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 12 to 15 servings.

This can also be a "side bread" to a Mexican meal.
