1 qt. Milk
¼ c. Sugar
2⅔ pkg. dry yeast (1/6 c.)
½ c. Crisco
6 teas. Salt
7-9 c. Flour

Directions:
Add yeast to warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and combine.
Let dough rise, but not too high.
Shape into little balls and drop into hot grease.
The grease should be slightly hotter than 350º. If it is too hot, the biscuits will be soggy in the center.
