BATTER
1/4 lb of butter (1 Stick)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream

TOPPING
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup or 6 ounces chocolate chips

- Preaht the oven to 350ºF

- Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl

-Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add Vanilla.

-Add the dry ingredients and sour cream by alternating them. Beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

-Spread half of the batter in a pan, half topping and repeat in a 13x9x2 greased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
