1 can Beef Consommé
2 env. Unflavored Gelatin
2 cans ham (2 c.) chopped fine
2 c. Celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp. Onion, minced
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
2 teas. Mustard
˝ teas. Horseradish
⅛ teas. Black Pepper
1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth and gelatin together and let cool.
Beat cream until stiff peaks are formed.
Add broth and remaining ingredients into the whipping cream.
Pour into a lightly greased mold.
Serve with assorted crackers.
