8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
⅔ c. Sour Cream
⅓ c. Mayonnaise
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1½ c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
10 oz. Creamed Spinach
14 oz. marinated Artichoke hearts, chopped (or frozen artichokes)

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients with mixer until fluffy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Bake uncovered at 375º for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

I prefer the frozen artichokes, but if I can’t find them, I use the marinated artichokes and rinse them well and pat dry with toweling. Stouffer’s creamed spinach is the best to use.
