4 c. Onions, chopped
1 head Cabbage (4 c.), chopped
12 Green Peppers, chopped
6 Sweet Red Peppers, chopped
10 Green Tomatoes, (4 c.). Chopped
1 tbsp. Celery Seed
2 tbsp. Mustard Seed
1½ teas. Turmeric
4 c. Cider Vinegar
2 c. Water
½ c. Salt
6 c. Sugar

Directions:

Chopped vegetables finely (or can be ground)
Add ½ c. Salt and let stand overnight
Drain and rinse
Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling
Put in jars and seal
